Mr. Luiz Fuschini is the Chairman & President and is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Company’s long term strategy with a view to creating shareholder value. Luiz Fuschini also acts as a direct liaison between the Board and management of the Company and communicates to the Board on behalf of management. Luiz has more than 20 years in the telecommunication industry and has worked in multinational companies in Europe and large organizations in South America. Luiz graduated from UNIBO – University degli Studi di Bologna in Engineering of Telecommunications, also hold MBA from London South Bank University, INSEAD Business School and Harvard Business School in Executive Education.
Nathan T. Williams
Nathan joins FPT since 2016
Nathan received his Masters of Law from the University of Hong Kong, where he focused on international trade and investment. He earned the degree of Juris Doctor from Thomas Cooley Law School where he was Articles Editor for the Law Review and a Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant. While in Lansing, Nathan also clerked for then Michigan Court of Appeals Judge Bill Schutte, now Michigan’s Attorney General.
Before earning his law degree and during his legal studies, Nathan taught a variety of subjects to various groups of students in Michigan and Shanghai, China and traveled extensively in Europe and Asia.
Admitted to the Bar: 2007, New York. Admitted to the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Sixth Circuits and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York. Education: Grand Valley State University (B.S. 1999); Thomas Cooley Law School (J.D. cum laude, 2005); University of Hong Kong (LL.M., 2006).
Mark Sparger serves as the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for overseeing the company’s sales strategy, client relationship management, network, IT, and technology organizations. In addition, responsibilities include business strategy development, network operations, corporate performance, and partnerships. Mark is an international business veteran working in the telecommunications sector more than 20 years. Mark has managed large scale organizations within the financial and telecommunication industries serving in various senior level positions across multiple disciplines. Mark holds a BSM and is currently completing his MBA at Virginia Tech.
